The group meets to enjoy together all the benefits of regular basic yoga in a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment. The aim is to promote health and wellbeing in body, mind and spirit. The weekly class includes a variety of stretching and toning exercises, breathwork, relaxation techniques under the guidance of a fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher. New members are always welcome.
